I’ve had such a genuinely positive experience living at iQ Grove that I felt compelled to write this. From when I moved in, everything has been smooth, organised, and welcoming. The building is well-maintained, secure, and thoughtfully run, but what truly sets iQ Grove apart is the staff. Arek and Julie deserve special recognition. Every single time I’ve needed assistance, whether it was a quick question, maintenance support, or something more administrative, they’ve handled it with efficiency, warmth, and grace. There’s never any sense of inconvenience; they assist seamlessly and make you feel truly supported. Their professionalism is matched by their kindness, which makes such a difference. Living in IQ Grove means experiencing life at an accommodation where you feel both looked after and respected. I’m thankful for the environment the team has created: supportive, responsive, and consistently great. If you’re considering staying here, I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Do not stay here if you are local. There is zero atmosphere for local folks as the majority of tje place is foreign students who do not mix. Was the loneliest experiences I have ever witnessed in a kid. Was overjoyed when we were able to get my kid into other arrangements.

I’ve been living in IQ for three years now whilst I studied at university. I moved in during the 2020 pandemic and even though it was quite daunting IQ immediately felt like home. Julie, Wi, and all the staff have been amazing. They are always so friendly and welcoming and even have given me advice when trying to get internships or make decisions. I love having chats with them once in a while and they always make me laugh and cheer my days. The events they organise are so lovely and really make me look forward to something special and take a break from my studies. One time they organised a trip during the beginning of the year to take some people to IKEA and it was so much fun to do some essentials shopping for the flat. IQ has really felt like a home during these past years and I’ll miss it so much when I move out! I really recommend this site if you are a student looking for some accommodation during your university years. And I tip I have learned form experience is to get a room towards the courtyard that is not facing the street, because it can be a bit noisy :)

The elevator's been out for a whole week now, I gotta climb stairs every single day. I checked with the front desk but they have no clue when it'll get fixed. I gotta move a suitcase that weighs dozens of kilos in a couple days, I can't even imagine how much that's gonna suck.
