Comprehensively refurbished to a high standard in the summer of 2021, Crosstrend House is an intimate studio complex that’s just a short 500m walk away from Bishop Grosseteste University’s main campus. Close to Lincoln city centre and serviced by excellent bus links, it offers 75 ensuite studio and twodio rooms, with on-site parking available.

Crosstrend House is located in Newport, in the heart of Lincoln. This purpose-built block is situated on a bustling street, with the Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) campus just a pleasant, five-minute walk away. There’s even a local convenience store en-route – handy for those everyday essentials.
In the other direction, you’ll find the city’s beautiful Cathedral, castle and surrounding grounds, as well as the quaint, cobbled streets of Bailgate and Steep Hill, with their cosy pubs, restaurants and cafes."

You can pay in instalments if you have a UK guarantor or use the guarantor service provided by 'Housing Hand'. If you do not have a UK guarantor, you will have to pay your rent in full in one upfront payment.
