Trinity Hall, chester

I have had a really positive experience staying at Trinity Hall the past 2 years and have chosen to stay again next year. The location is very convenient, with good transport links and shops nearby, which made life a lot easier during term time. One of the highlights was the management team they were friendly, approachable, and quick to respond. Katie from the management team organised a pizza night which was lovely and well planned and a great opportunity to meet with other students. She ordered pizzas, drinks and did raffles and fun activities. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this accommodation to other students!

This is my first year at Trinity Hall and I have rebooked for next year. The location is convenient for access to the multitude of university campuses as well as being close to transport and has easy access to the centre of Chester. Any problems that I have come across over the year have been resolved promptly by the management team. Katie who is part of the management team recently hosted a pizza party which gave people the option to meet other residents and have a good evening. Overall I have had a positive experience at Trinity and am looking forward to my next year!

avoid at all costs! When I started the prices were good then went up when trying to rebook for the next year only to find out other students were paying a lot less due to “connections” with staff members. No hot water or heating for weeks and no one would do anything about it, no kitchen for weeks and still expected to pay rent when living in below average conditions, washing machines haven’t been working for over 7 months and no present building manager. You never know who has a key to your room people come in and out as they please and have had times where OTHERS would leave my door on the latch, members of staff coming into the room whilst I was in the shower no support from the team and no way to contact for any issues and trust me there is plenty. save yourself the time, energy and money and look elsewhere trust me it’s worth it

This is my second year living at this accommodation and I have loved every second! Last Friday management held an event in reception where we had Papa Johns pizzas, sweets, pop, raffles and more!! It was so lovely and gave us the opportunity to meet more students that we live with and gives us a chance to chat to management and meet the people behind the building we live in!

The worse place I have ever stay. Changing managers constantly. Laundry was out for more than a year. Hop was out for 3 weeks. Heating was off for 2 weeekss and now Wifi is off for like a week. I don’t even want to give one star if possible
