Northgate Point, chester

I’ve absolutely loved my time at Northgate Point! This is now my third year living here while studying nursing, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during my degree. The location is perfect, the facilities are great, and the building always feels safe and welcoming. The staff have always been friendly, supportive, and quick to help whenever anything was needed, which has made such a difference during busy and sometimes stressful times as a student nurse. Having a comfortable and reliable place to come back to after long placements and study days has meant a lot. I’ve made so many great memories here over the past three years, and I’ll genuinely be sad to leave when I finish my course. I would definitely recommend Northgate Point to any students looking for a great place to live during their time at university 😄

I’ve been living at Northgate Point for almost a year and it’s been a great experience. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really makes the place feel like home. The studios are small but very comfortable and well designed, and everything is clean and well maintained. I also think the quality–price ratio is really good for the location and facilities. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to live. ⭐️

Northgate point has been a very enjoyable place to live so far my studio is spacious and has everything I need as a student. There’s plenty of wardrobe space the kitchen is a good size and it’s a comfortable place to live and study. One of my favourite things about the room is the big window because it lets in a lot of natural light and makes the space feel bright. There’s a bin room close by and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, which makes doing laundry easy. It’s also very close to Chester train station and the city centre, and the university isn’t too far away either, so getting around is quite easy. Everyone here is quite social, and they host some good events that help people meet and get to know others in the building. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience living here. This accomodation is great for those who want to live on their own for a convenient price & for those who want to rent a bit longer than other accommodations.

I have lived at Northgate Point for just over two years and have already extended my contract for third year. I was able to re-book the same room each time which saves time moving all the things out and then back in again and you get a week free of rent which is an amazing little bonus! All the staff here are extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Whenever I had experienced maintenance issues it has always been acknowledged quickly and fixed, another positive is that it can be logged through the app so you can do it whenever it suits you. The room itself is spacious and the kitchen area is perfect with a fridge and freezer with loads lot of cupboard space to store food. Downstairs near the reception area there is a room with seating where you can sit and do your work if you fancy a change of scenery but still want to stay in the accommodation. Additionally, there is a vending machine in reception that stocks fizzy drinks, energy drinks and the popular chocolate brands. Northgate point is essentially situated near the centre about a 10 minute walk, with a Tesco express really close by or a big Tesco near the centre so you don’t have to walk far from the shop carrying your food shop which has been a huge plus for me. The bus station is about 5-ish minutes away and train station about 10 min which means you can commute easily which again is a huge plus especially if you work outside of Chester. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone I wish I had booked this during my first year at university as it has been stress-free and a really comforting place to be living in!!

I absolutely love it here. I am so glad I moved to northgate point, I feel like while it might seem expensive at first glance, it actually is such good value for money. A lot of other student accommodations in the area cost a great deal more or you get a lot less for the price. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly helpful.
