I have had a fantastic experience staying at Alma Court, and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing reception team. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. The staff are incredibly accommodating and always go out of their way to help with any questions or requests, no matter how big or small. One thing that really stands out about the reception team is their sense of humor. They always greet residents with a smile and have a way of making even the most ordinary interactions enjoyable. Whether you’re having a stressful day or just passing through the lobby, their friendly jokes and positive energy can instantly lift your mood. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely enjoy interacting with residents and creating such a warm atmosphere. The team is also exceptionally professional and efficient. Any issues or concerns are dealt with quickly, and they are always happy to provide assistance. From helping with deliveries and maintenance requests to offering useful advice and information, they consistently demonstrate a high level of care and dedication. What makes Alma Court special is that the reception staff go beyond simply doing their jobs—they create a real sense of community. They take the time to get to know residents, remember names, and make everyone feel at home. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help make a noticeable difference to daily life here. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Alma Court. The reception team deserves special recognition for their outstanding service, welcoming personalities, and great sense of humor. Their accommodating nature and genuine friendliness make Alma Court a wonderful place to live. Amazing place to live! Rochelle, Jess, and John (the management team) are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure every resident is as happy and comfortable as possible, alongside providing opportunities for people to socialise and meet new friends, which is such an important part of the university experience. The rooms are really nice, and the accommodation as a whole is clean and well-maintained. It’s in a brilliant location, within 15 minutes’ walk of the main shopping centre as well as quieter green spaces. So excited to be staying here next year as well 🫶

I’ve had a really great experience staying at Alma Court. The accommodation is clean, modern, and feels very safe, which made settling in as a student much easier. The location is super convenient, it’s close to campus, shops, and transport links so everything you need is within easy reach. Jess, Rochelle, and John (the staff) have always been incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support, and the overall atmosphere here is welcoming and student friendly. It’s also a nice place to meet people while still having your own comfortable space to focus on studies as I’ve met a new found bestfriend here!❤️❤️

Really nice accommodation. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The staff is also very helpful and they arrange a lot of activities every week. Good option for coming students.

Lived here like two years ago had no windows in my room and the “vents” did not work for the entire year. I lived in a boiling hot box during summer and god forbid you ever cook in this place. Everything in your room will smell of food and the air will literally be unbreathable. Cherry on top is security would often tell us off for living the door open for ventilation because it was a fire door so u genuinely had to sit there boil alive in hot stale air. Reception was horrible when we brought this to their attention. Had to buy like three fans to keep myself sane and ever since i moved out Ive had to ask other accommodations if there is openable windows thats how traumatic this was. I hate this place till this day i feel bad for whoever gets the ground floor front flats.
