Ty Nant, swansea

Stayed there for a month, booked through Airbnb. The staff were great and very helpful. The rooms lack air conditioning, so it gets hot in the summer. The train station is very close, so it can be noisy if you open the window. Everything else was great.

Stayed here for a few days through Booking.com. On arrival, staff were friendly and were able to accommodate an earlier check-in which was greatly appreciated. They also guided me through the building to where I needed to go. The room itself was exceptionally clean and everything needed for a stay was provided. The property facilities were also great, and was nice to have access to the gym. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and local amenities. My only minor issues were that the temperature of the studio which tended to get quite warm particularly in the evening and overnight, and a bin would have been good particularly for the kitchen area, however, I managed. Apart from this everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Living at Ty Nant has been an amazing experience! The building is modern, clean, and really well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for student life. The common areas are great for socialising or studying, and the facilities (laundry, gym, and study spaces) make life super convenient. The location is ideal!! it’s close to the train station, shops, bus routes, and the university, so it’s easy to get everywhere. The management and reception team are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the students’ wellbeing. Any maintenance issues are sorted quickly, and the staff create a really welcoming community atmosphere. I’ve felt safe, supported, and right at home here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during my time in Swansea. I’d definitely recommend Ty Nant to anyone looking for top-quality student accommodation!

I have been living here for a while now and have been enjoying it! The communal spaces are always clean and smell fresh, due to the lovely cleaning lady who is very kind. The resident team is also friendly and approachable, and always willing to help, which gives the whole place a welcome feeling, like it is well cared for. It is a comfortable and nice place — I couldn't recommend it more!
