The choice is yours! You can select to have a guarantor which allows you to pay your rent in instalments, or, if you prefer, and are able to make your full years payment upfront, you won't need a guarantor. If you do choose to have guarantor, please make sure they understand they are committing to pay the rent if you aren't able to. They do not have to live in the UK but must be over 18 and not live in a property managed by Fresh. Once you have signed the contract your guarantor will be asked to provide proof of ID and their address and also sign a copy of the agreement. 

Most of the properties require applicants to pay an advance rent at the time of booking. This is refundable should you decide to cancel within the cooling off period (please see your properties T&C's for more information). If you provide evidence before the start of the tenancy, the property will refund the advance rent if you later find your place has been withdrawn or you are not able to obtain a visa to enter the UK. The advance rent will show as a payment towards your first rent instalment on your account.
