If you provide evidence before the start of the tenancy, the property will refund the advance rent if you later find your place has been withdrawn or you are not able to obtain a visa to enter the UK. The advance rent will show as a payment towards your first rent instalment on your account. Will I Need a Guarantor? A) The choice is yours! You can select to have a guarantor which allows you to pay your rent in instalments, or, if you prefer, and are able to make your full years payment upfront, you won‚Äôt need a guarantor. How Can I Make Payment? A) We recommend using the Residents‚Äô App to make payment ‚Äì its quick and easy and can be completed in a few clicks. If you don‚Äôt have access to a smartphone, you can log into our Residents‚Äô Portal on a laptop. If you will need to make payment by bank transfer, please contact the Residents‚Äô Team at least two weeks before your payment due date for more information.
