Accommodation students need different things from. Some students want to live close to school so they don’t have to commute long distances, while others prioritise having their own kitchen, study area or a quieter spot to return to after lectures. Concept Place caters for both with a selection of room types including shared en-suite apartments, private studios and one-bedroom flats.
Electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi, cable access and contents insurance are all included in the rent so your everyday life is simple. Study rooms provide an option to working in your room, and the common room is a place for tenants to relax or meet up with friends. Most of your day-to-day needs are taken care of without having to leave the building, with practical services such as bike storage, on-site laundry and 24-hour security.
Anyone searching for concept place student accommodation will find a property that balances location with practical facilities rather than relying on extras that many students rarely use. If you've been looking through Concept Place Leeds reviews, it's worth comparing the accommodation itself, what's included in the rent and how close it is to the universities you'll be travelling to throughout the year.
Once lectures begin, small details start to matter. A shorter journey to campus, somewhere quiet to study, nearby supermarkets and transport links all become part of your daily routine. Choosing accommodation that already has those essentials in place can make university life considerably easier.
Concept Place Leeds brings those practical advantages together in one residence. Students have a choice of shared and private accommodation, everyday bills are included, and study, security and convenience facilities are available on-site. Whether you're enrolling at the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University or one of the city's other institutions, Concept Place provides a well-connected place to live while you focus on your studies.

The staffs here are very welcoming and very accessible. The facilities are of good quality. My room is quite spacious and has a nice large study table and shelf. The storage space is good. I also like the in my room, I it to film my content. My flatmates are also very welcoming and respectful and they maintain the decorum in the flat. I also love the support and care service in the accommodation, I can tell that they really care about the overall wellbeing of the students. I highly recommend the accommodation

They’re honestly really accommodating. Once a delivery guy left my food outside and someone took it because I was stuck in the lift normally they could’ve just said it’s not their responsibility, but they actually checked CCTV to help me and even supported me in getting a refund. Also, when I was going through a financial situation and couldn’t pay my rent on time, they were understanding and extended my deadline. They also have mental health support, so it feels comfortable to talk about things.

Honestly, the support is really good. They come for regular checkups and check if the rooms are the services in the rooms such as the water heater, showerhead. They all are working properly and they also do a regular maintenance check, which is really helpful. And also there is a lot of security in this apartment. There are people to take care of us and it is almost like a 24 by 7 reception excluding few hours in the night. Other than that it is really good.

There are two lifts in the accommodation, one had been faulty for over 2 weeks and not fixed on 13th of March, the second one got a malfunction too and stopped working, delayed repairs, poor quality of cheap carpets which makes up so much lint, it gets in the clothes. Doing the laundry also gets lint and is expensive. The reception is closed most of the time and the lift situation is disappointing and never ending. Edit- The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbour fart, burp and do the unholy with each note disturbingly detailed. :) Pay 10-20 pounds extra and stay away from this hellhole.

Really cool place to stay as a student, the staff is really helpful and kind. Naomi, Astrid, Rob and Kaitlyn are very friendly. Amazing rooms, and hangout area has a pool table with table tennis table!
