My daughter moved out of Hepworth Lodge after one month. We did not apply for this accommodation but got given it anyway. Although the rooms are spacious and en suite (def a plus), the accommodation is not in a good area (2 mins off motorway and with cheap hotels and casinos around). Lifts often weren't working. She got a place in Central Village in the end and was much happier. To this date, we have not received our deposit back from HL, despite efforts.

I was lucky enough to get the biggest room out of all the 5 rooms in the flat. I had a great experience during my stay here. The staff are very friendly and they responded very quickly to any complaints. The only con is the lack of a social interactive area. Other than that, this accommodation is great! Nice location :)

The sense of security here is unparalleled, with the entire premises, including the car parking area, being meticulously monitored by CCTV. This peace of mind is invaluable for students living away from home. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, featuring large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, making them a perfect study and relaxation space. The inclusion of quality furniture like a study table, chair, ample storage, and a comfortable bed with a superior mattress enhances the living experience significantly. Shared facilities, like the kitchen, are spacious and equipped with modern appliances, not to mention the cleanliness maintained is commendable. The provision of a large sitting area within the kitchen fosters a sense of community and interaction among residents. It’s a feature I personally cherish, as it allows for shared meals and gatherings, making it feel like a home away from home. Furthermore, the management’s dedication to safety and maintenance is evident in their regular checks of fire alarms and other safety measures, ensuring a safe environment for all residents. The availability of essential utilities like electricity and water 24/7, along with the responsive and helpful accommodation staff, adds to the seamless living experience at Hepworth lodge.

Wonderful place with amazing staff members that I have great memories. They were helpful when I needed them. As someone who been in this accommodation for the past 2 years I recommend this place. Also the rooms are big which was not too bad.

Hepworth Lodge – Disappointing Stay Due to Broken Lift I recently stayed at Hepworth Lodge, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the broken lift, which was out of service for the entirety of my stay. This made things incredibly difficult, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. There were no clear updates on when it would be fixed, and the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about the inconvenience. The lack of communication and compensation arrangements made the situation even worse. Having to climb multiple flights of stairs every time was frustrating, and it significantly impacted the overall experience. The room itself was basic and not worth the hassle of getting to it. If you rely on a lift or expect a smooth and comfortable stay, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere until they fix their issues. Definitely not worth the money.
