Being an international student and settling in a new place without parents may seem overwhelming and scary, but with my experience, the staffs from City Block are attentive and welcoming you with open arms—making you feel just as included and cared for! Thank you so much Rachel especially for helping me settle in! 😭💜The kitchen and common area are amazing and comfy, spacious with enough cabinets to put your personal storages. Not to mention, they provide you with their own cutleries and plates and it was helpful for me as I came with none of them bought yet/still in storage. Amazing interior lightings as well, it makes me look forward to my mornings! Everything was well-thought and designed, I’m genuinely so happy I chose CityBlock as my home for the year :)

Great place to stay in town, close to bus stop & shops. Modern, clean and safe. International student-friendly. Lettings and maintenance teams very responsive. Definitely recommend for long-term and short-term stays - very flexible tenancies 👍

Great place to live , got spacious kitchen. Just got unlucky with someone i have to live with. Ruined not only mine but the entire flat experience due to his rude behaviour and selfishness. I recommend planning with friend if you want to live here to make your experience better since gambling to live with someone this rude can ruin it Shout to Megan and Jordan for making this experience the best it can get

Very kind, helpful and responsive team. All the office members Jordon, Matt and Rachel are very understanding and always there to quickly resolve any minor/major concerns. Rooms and communal areas are some of the cleanest I have seen in the student accomodations in Lancaster. The dedicated cleaning staff help clean the common kitchen almost every day of the week. The place looks as good as new. No unnecessary deductions on deposit at the end of the tenancy period! Had an excellent stay, great flatmates, highly recommend!

If you need student accommodation, look no further. Great location, just a few steps away to everything you need. From the moment you step in the staff gives you a warm welcome. The rooms are lovely. You can tell they are taken cared of and give you that cozy home feeling. The building is always clean. The whole staff is lovely. And they have done a fantastic job adapting to the current situation to ensure everyone is safe. Highly recommend.
