Excellent living facilities with user-friendly amenities and student friendly atmosphere. Peaceful, Quiet, filled with Friendly students and a good place to socialise if you are a party freak. The SPAR at the entrance is a boon. However, the staffs seem a bit Rude and Racist (Not that much), but yeah it is what it is.

Really decent place for it's price, felt very safe since only students are allowed to stay here. My only concern was the elevator cause one moment it worked the next no.

Been with them for two years, great experience from the welcome to checking out. Superb management on site that will try everything to sort your problems. Also the new refurbished rooms are sick and would recommend getting them.

Wouldn't use them, room rented for 3 years, water kept going off (approx 19 times) and had to be out of the property as there was no running water, no toilet facilities, bed bugs in flat, flat was treated 3 times, length of lease offered 44 or 51 wks except for final year, had to move out, no recompense allowed, would not shorten lease to 44 wks but funnily enough offered it for the following year, stated that they were not getting the uptake from foreign students. They just want your money and little care for paying tenants

If your student loan is late, contact the accommodation team at the property as they will be able to advise you.
Your room/apartment will be fully inspected at least three times during your tenancy. During these inspections, we check for cleanliness, damage and for missing items. B. At each inspection, you will be told if there is to be a charge for putting anything right. You will be invoiced immediately for recharges for the first two inspections and on the final inspection, a deduction will be made from your deposit. C. The recharges for cleaning, damages and missing items can be found in the Tenancy Handbook.
No, your room is yours for the duration of your tenancy. You only need to move out of the room at the end of the agreement.
We will try and accommodate requests for summer student accommodation extensions when possible.
International Students paying with a credit card or Non - EU debit card will have a 2% charge on the total amount being paid. However, there is no charge for payments using a UK or EU debit card.
