The building is fine other than lack of management and a tiny washing room (which they overcharge to use), the worst part is the noise in the area. The road is loud all day and night, clubs and drunk people will keep you up all night so good luck with your 9am lectures. Not worth the price.

Dont live here. Reasons below: 1) The receptionist is NEVER IN. Pretends she works hard (There’s no 24/7 reception like other student accommodation I regret moving here) 2) The cinema room is broken. 3) The Gym has broken and not working equipment. 4) There’s no parking. 5) Trash and Bin area is always disgusting never managed properly. 6) only 2 washing and drying which are never cleaned or serviced by manager and people leave their stuff for days 7) Receptionist is always gone for lunch never available. She will give you her phone number but will never be able to get a hold of her. 8) no parking 9) Parcels always left outside because building doesn’t have receptionist. Goodluck with wet Amazon boxes! 10) The cleaner for her age does a good job but not a job of a proper cleaner. The property manager doesn’t help fix bathroom leaks or anything in the room. She’s so slow and lazy!

Terrible. Rooms are small and expensive. Building manager never available. No one responds to problems, all they care about is taking your money. Once you've signed up you're on your own. Avoid at all costs. They will say all the right things but absolutely do not care about their residents. Supposed to be smoke free but the ground floor stinks like an ash tray. Building manager is never there. Don't respond to communication. DO NOT USE

I lived there for a year. The studio is really good with the lowest price in the city. All the amenities are quite good and useful. I loved the environment there. The manager is very friendly. I felt home living there. Unfortunately I am not a student anymore so I had to leave but highly recommend.
