About this property
If you thought student digs had to be basic, Triumph House is here to prove you wrong. This isn’t just student accommodation in Nottingham—it’s more like a luxury hotel with a student-friendly twist. Sitting right on the doorstep of the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus and just a quick bus ride to Nottingham Trent University, it’s got location bragging rights that few others can claim.
Triumph House is all about levelling up your uni experience. Every room—whether it’s a Platinum En-suite Serviced Apartment, a slick Platinum Studio, or the ultra-boujee Diamond Studio—is designed to balance style with functionality. Think comfy beds, loads of storage, fully equipped kitchens, and study desks that make late-night essay sessions slightly more bearable.
But the real flex here is the all-inclusive, hotel-style vibe. Every 2 weeks housekeeping, fresh linen replacement, and fully serviced apartments? That’s not just convenience—it’s a lifestyle. Add in superfast Wi-Fi, on-site maintenance, and utilities bundled into one simple bill, and you’ve got stress-free living sorted.
Triumph House also serves up next-level amenities. Imagine finishing your lecture and heading straight to the private Wellness Spa or smashing a quick workout in the on-site gym. When it’s time to hit the books, designated study lounges mean you’re never stuck working at the kitchen table.
Safety and security are also part of the package. With 24/7 CCTV, key fob access, and a concierge-style team on hand, you can focus on living your best student life without stress.
Basically, Triumph House is student accommodation, but not as you know it. It’s a place that blends community, comfort, and a touch of luxury—so you can study, socialise, and live like you actually deserve.
Life at Triumph House feels like living in a fully serviced lifestyle hub, not just another student block. From the moment you walk into the luxe lounge areas, you’ll realise this is where studying meets spoiling yourself.
Facilities are the headline act here. Forget dragging yourself to a gym across town—you’ve got a fully kitted fitness centre just floors away. Feeling drained? Recharge in the private Wellness Spa (yes, really). Even the communal kitchens aren’t just functional—they’re social hotspots where cooking turns into an event.
What makes Triumph House stand out, though, is the sense of community. Whether it’s meeting flatmates in the entertainment lounge, collaborating on projects in study zones, or hanging out in the shared spaces, this is a place where friendships form naturally. You’re never forced into awkward icebreakers—it just happens because the design encourages connection.
And let’s not skip over the housekeeping service. Someone else taking care of cleaning and linen changes might sound small, but it frees up hours each week—time you can spend focusing on assignments or just living your best Nottingham life.
Safety, of course, is built into everything. With secure key fob access, round-the-clock CCTV, and staff available whenever you need them, you’ll feel protected from day one. Parents love it, and students quickly forget about it because the system is so seamless.
Add in lightning-fast Wi-Fi (essential for streaming lectures or binging Netflix), on-site bike storage, and an overall atmosphere that feels like a mix between a hotel and a student hub, and you’ve got the full package.
At Triumph House, life isn’t just about surviving uni—it’s about thriving.

That means lectures, libraries, and labs are practically next door. Unique Highlights of Triumph House
Triumph House isn’t your average student pad—it’s Nottingham’s most luxurious take on uni living. Here’s what makes it stand out:
Basically, Triumph House is proof that student life doesn’t have to be about mismatched furniture, broken kettles, and dodgy landlords. It’s about having everything you need (and plenty you never thought you’d get) under one roof.
House of Student Take on Triumph House
We’re going to say it: Triumph House might be the bougiest student accommodation Nottingham has to offer—and we’re not mad about it. It’s the kind of place that redefines what “going to uni” looks like. Between the serviced apartments, the private Wellness Spa, the sleek social spaces, and the fact that your room actually feels more like a boutique hotel than a box room, it’s a glow-up for your entire student experience.
But what we love most? It’s the little details. Fresh sheets, housekeeping, thoughtful design, and a vibe that mixes academic focus with full-on social energy. The location seals the deal: whether you’re at UoN or NTU, you’re basically central to everything, from nightlife to coffee runs.
Triumph House is for students who want more than “just a roof”—it’s for students who want a lifestyle upgrade with zero compromises.

Finally, the Diamond Studio is the crown jewel—spacious, stylish, and loaded with features for the ultimate student lifestyle.

The House of Student Edge on Triumph House

It's a great dormitory with high security—everything operates with key cards. There’s a bus stop nearby, and the rooms are clean with housekeeping services provided. You can feel confident staying here. The dorm also offers a study room, a game room, and a fitness center.

I think Triumph House can be summarised by 'a place designed by someone who's been to lots of hotels but never stayed in student halls': lots of confusing choices have been made. The desk in your room is too small. Coupled with that, the chair does not go high enough, so if you do any typing for a long period, you'll develop carpal tunnel. There are too few UK power outlets in your room (for some reason there are only three UK outlets but two EU outlets). It’s expensive accommodation, but you have to buy bin bags and dishwasher tablets for the kitchen. This is made crazier since every lounge has a PS5: if they sold all the PS5s, they’d be able to provide new bin bags for every bin, every weekday, in every kitchen, for nearly a century. These issues pale in comparison to the biggest issue, which is heat. During summer, on the ground and first floors, the heat is not too bad. From the second floor up, it’s ridiculous. My (northeast facing) room never went below 29 degrees Celsius for about three weeks, when the outside temperature was at most 24. Want to cool down? No point opening the window: it only opens about four inches, is partially blocked on the other side, and no air flows through unless people on the opposite side of the corridor open their doors and windows. Maybe go to the kitchen/lounge to cool down? Nope: this has the same puny opening window as the rooms. Couple that with the fact that half of the kitchens do not have blinds on their 6m^2 windows. So, my (southwest facing) kitchen would regularly get to 34 degrees Celsius, without anyone in the room. There are some other smaller things like my pots and pans were dirty when I arrived, and my room is not particularly well made (the wardrobes are sloped so the doors don’t close, and my overbed light regularly falls off), but they aren’t as big issues. The staff are lovely, I’ve no complaints there, but I can’t recommend people stay here.

I stayed at Study Inn Triumph House for two years and had an amazing experience. The accommodation is very nice, with great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent service throughout. The facilities are top-notch – from the kitchen and spa to the study areas and communal spaces, everything is well thought out and high quality. The location is perfect – just a short walk to both Jubilee Campus and Park Campus, which made getting to lectures super convenient. There’s also The Rose & Crown, an amazing pub just around the corner, and a Subway and pizza place right across the street. A few grocery stores are also within a 12-minute walk, so everything you need is close by. Highly recommend this place to any student looking for a supportive, comfortable, and well-connected place to live!

I stayed at StudyInn Triumph House for one year (2024–2025). Overall, I think this accommodation has many strengths, but there were also a few recurring issues that affected my experience. If these are addressed, it would make the place even better for future students. Toilet water backflow issue I am not sure if other rooms experienced the same problem, but my room often had an issue with the toilet water. Sometimes, the water would flow back and turn into a cloudy brown color, as if it was coming from the main sewage system. No matter how many times I flushed, it sometimes left an unpleasant odor and greasy residue on the surface. This issue never happened in the first half of my stay, but it appeared frequently during the second half of the year. Smoking area location The outdoor seating area seems to be the spot where most residents smoke. Since my room was on the first floor (Room 105), whenever I opened my window, cigarette smoke would drift in quickly, no matter where people were smoking in that area. This made it difficult to keep my window open for fresh air, especially at night. I believe the smoking area could be relocated to a spot near the shared waste disposal area on the other side of the building, or further out near the fence by the canal. That way, the smoke would be less likely to drift into residents’ rooms. Summer heat The summer months were very hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep. I understand that most UK accommodations do not have air conditioning, but the heat was sometimes unbearable, especially at night, as the concrete structure retained warmth. Opening windows and using a fan often wasn’t enough. I think implementing some measures to reduce heat, even slightly, would greatly improve the comfort for residents during summer. Aside from these points, I genuinely think StudyInn Triumph House is an excellent accommodation. It is cleaner and better managed than many other options in Nottingham. The cleaning staff and all the team members are friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service and attitude deserve nothing but praise.

Great place with lots of bonus features, including a gym, sauna, and a grand piano. Staff could not have been more efficient and friendly.
