Stayed here from 2019 to 2020. As a student of King’s College London, this was a good choice of accommodation for me. Rent was GBP 220 per week that year which was cheapest I could find in Zone 1 at that time. The building is a minute’s distance from Sainsbury’s Local and Costa Coffee which is super convenient. The location is really good, central London at its best. The accommodation was fortunately refurbished entirely the year I shifted and was brand new. Flat: Each flat has about 7 rooms in a long corridor pattern with a huge kitchen at the end. No living room in flats, just one common living room for the whole building on ground floor. Room: A double bed on the corner of the room beside a window, good storage space, mini walk-in closet, extremely small triangular bathroom, full length mirror and individually controlled heater. Kitchen: Huge in size, two refrigerators, 3 small freezers, two cooking tops with 4 burners each, huge windows provide good light and ventilation. Things to improve: laundry (washing machines and dryers are very outdated although they work fine but on the expensive side) Mattress was of bad quality.

Why do students get somewhere to live when others can't get a box to sleep in. Far too many students doing courses on things like the Beckham's! Nothing to do with the building, but?

Don’t stay here if you want to have a good time during your student experience. It’s like paying to stay in a prison, no communal spaces except the lounge that the owners live above and watch your every move with a camera and the second it turns 11pm you have to leave because they want to sleep. The management isn’t focused on student experience, It’s like they're doing you a favour letting you stay. Noise complaints if you take your friend to your room because the walls are made out of cheap cardboard that is the opposite of soundproof. My neighbour could hear every sentence said in my room. The only reason it’s expensive is the location, and trust me you would be better staying a few tube stops away and paying the same amount for a purpose built student accommodation. These guys only care about money. Don’t make the mistake of staying here.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing stay at this accommodation. During my time here, I faced numerous issues with both the staff and the maintenance team. The maintenance personnel, who were frequently in my personal ensuite room, consumed my beverages and stolen my personal belongings valued at over £100. Despite raising these concerns to the manager, I received no support, and their attitude was horrendously apathetic and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I experienced discriminatory behavior from them after reporting the incidents. Also more than 5 residence have reported consumed beverages and foods to the manager, but they remained passing the buck. The bathroom maintenance was excessively intrusive, occurring more than three times a week, with maintenance staff spending the entire day in our personal room on multiple occasions. This lack of privacy and security made us stay unbearable. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I could give a ZERO star review. I lost few hundred pounds in one of the en-suites here. I called the police and collected evidence that it was one of the cleaning staff (my roommates helped me spot which staff even from their photos stamped on the ground floor) and their female manager THREATENED me that if I make this incident public they will sue me or whatever. They made NO actions to help me solve this issue. The manager especially was cold and ruthless, even bring racist! I was not in my room that afternoon and my roommates reported that the cleaning lady entered our rooms directly without knocking, which has also happened a few times before. Within that few hours when I was outside, all my luggage, makeup bag, backpacks and even UNDERWEAR were fumbled and left around every where. I was feeling so helpless and upset!!!!!! Trust me, you don’t wanna stay here.
