6 Bedroom House at 10, Mint Road, leicester

Love the reception staff especially Aisha and Zack and adel so loveley and helpfull and love chatting to them but hr and new manager department is not it. My room ceiling always leaks when it rains and when I complain they just say it’s cuz of the rain but if I’m paying almost a grand a month surely that shouldn’t be a problem also drainage system is really bad. And the new heating system the managers have put in is killing me it goes up to 24 degrees then closes two seconds after I on it I’m freezing to death . The only good thing about this place is the reception staff Aisha adel Zack is so helpfull and rlly good at her job being helpfull throughout

True is nice, lovely gym and so forth but Aisha is an incredible worker. She goes above and beyond for the student and doesn’t just make sure your stay is okay but she will also check up on you mentally and make sure you are well situated there at True. Barbara as well, she is lovely and so kind always has a smile on her face and her personality lights up everyone’s mood.

It was a very nice accommodation at the start with lovely management. However since the new management came in recently things have fallen apart. TVs are taking too long to get fixed, leaking ceilings on the 6th floor and the attention to detail for the amount you're paying is not adequate. The receptionist Aisha, security guard Zach and Adil have been amazing throughout the whole process and are incredibly in touch with the residents.

Aisha made my experience incredible! Great energy and very supportive helped me so much. Accommodation is great with amazing staff. No complaints around here!
