Kaplan Living West Village, glasgow

I studied my pre-master here, then last year August I booked kaplan living for my one year study accommodation. Now I have been living here for more than 8 months, I am very satisfied with everything equipped here. The furniture is very considerate and comprehensively. TV, game room, media room, vending machine, kitchen with microwave, baker, kitchen hood, induction cooker and big dining room with multiple chairs. And The best thing is the heating is working and turning on 24 hours everyday, I like such warm room in the cold winter. And Item water system is very strong as well, the water come from sprayhead is very strong, I lived in some hotel rooms, the water is restively weak, but kaplan living accommodation the water in the bathroom tap and shower head is very powerful and amazing. I would like to order one more year for my master degree next semester. And the reception service is almost 24 hours open, the door and windows are very safe, we use smart phone to open it. If people are not belonged to here, then they cannot come in. And Even If something like light is not working, or like heating is not working well, then as long as you submit the maintain request(it's for free, many other social accommodation the landlord they don't provide such quick and free maintain service), they will send someone professional to come to your dorm and fix them well, the efficiency is pretty good. Highly recommend to everyone.

Pretty good, always feel safe, staffs at the reception are friendly, the free activities like drawing mugs or festival celebrating activities are provided from time to time. Every week there's cleaners come to the big shared kitchen and clean up all whole kitchen. And I once got injured by mistake at midnight, I couldn't believe that there still staffs sitting there and providing services anytime, they provide the first aid assistance, I really appreciate.

I lived here last year, I was living in ensuit. The conditions are good. All staff members are very responsible, and the Security team and management staff are excellent.

Staff was very kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. They really made the place feel welcoming and supportive.

the front desk staff Ava is very friendly and helpful. The experience of living here is very good. I like the event here very much It's very interesting. Looking forward to live here more years.
