Indi Footscray, melbourne

I’ve lived in 2 BTRs (build to rent) previously - Home Richmond and Assemble Kensington, and I can confidently say Indi Footscray, my current BTR is hands down the best. The architecture is stunning. Amenities are first class. The attention to detail is impeccable. The whole place looks and feels like a design boutique hotel. The staff are special people - Lisa, Konrad, Farhan, Amos, they helped make my BIG move hassle free. The 24/7 security personnel on site are also awesome guys. They make me feel safe in Footscra(z)y. The best thing about Indi Footscray are the views. Almost every apartment has a great view of Melbourne CBD, the bay and mountains… Location, literally at the heart of Footscray is great. You can walk to Seddon (15 mins) and Yarraville (30 mins) villages. Footscray Station is right next door, but that means you can hear trains blasting their horns from 5am to 1am (the one and only downside). I hope the council can do something about the annoyingly loud train horns. It’s still very early days at Indi Footscray. So far so good. I hope residents will do their part to make Indi Footscray a happy and harmonious place and community to live in.

Safest place in all Footscray. Security is amazing and staff is also amazing. Best views, great location and with coolest amenities you would love to stay. And if you wanna live in the community where they love to share you should live here

I have been living in my one-bedroom apartment at Indi Footscray since June, and I’m very happy with my choice. I chose Indi because of the quality of the apartments and their beautiful finishes, the well-maintained common areas, and the very convenient location, with easy access to the CBD, public transport and many other parts of Melbourne. What I particularly appreciate is the sense of safety. Having 24/7 security gives me great peace of mind and makes me genuinely feel safe in my home. The reception is always available and helpful, and the entire team is friendly, professional and responsive. For me, the combination of a beautiful, well-finished apartment, excellent common areas, a convenient location and, above all, 24/7 security makes Indi Footscray a wonderful place to live. I’m very happy to be living here and would definitely recommend Indi Footscray to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and secure home in Melbourne.

Awesome building and best staff. They made the move and onboarding incredibly easy and the place is very secure. The place is also conviniently located near great restaurants and access to the wider city

Literally moved in today and what can I say, beta decision we've made. Th smoothest move in process, outstanding amenities, insane connectivity to the rest of Melbourne. Can't fault it (so far).
