The main advantage of this accommodation is its convenient location, as it is very close to the University of Sheffield. However, the lift has been unreliable and out of service on and off for approximately two months, causing significant inconvenience, particularly for residents living on higher floors or carrying luggage. Although management has acknowledged the problem, no clear repair timeline or regular updates have been provided. Residents are left to check for themselves each day whether the lift is working. I understand that specialist repairs and replacement parts may take time. However, clearer communication, estimated completion dates and practical assistance should be provided while such an essential facility remains unavailable. Overall, the convenient location is a positive, but the lift disruption and lack of communication have made my experience very disappointing.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful, but I would like to raise a concern about the elevator. Although repairs have been carried out on several occasions, the elevator has remained out of service for long periods of time. It has been more than six months, and I have not been able to use the elevator during this period, which has caused significant inconvenience. I hope management can take effective action to resolve this issue asap.
