I recently awarded this place a 5 star on account of the quick response, however that was soon forgotten. Out extractor fan has been broke since November with the repair constantly delayed, it was meant to be December, then January and then last week but still no fix. Alongside this we went days without any running water and currrently we are without any hot water which will not be fixed till Monday. If any issue occurs on a weekend it’s like student cribs vanish, they do not care till Monday when they need to. I would understand due to the small staff and high work load but id argue running water and hot water are key issues. Furthermore, the fire alarm goes off in a routine fashion every few weeks because they are set to such a low requirement of heat to set them off, which for safety I would understand but on a Friday night when it goes off for over an hour it’s painful. The building is nice and the portal is an accessible space but aside from that it’s not value for money. Finally, a last issue would be the bins it essentially looks like a waste dump out the back because there is about 4 bins for all the flat and therefore rubbish is scattered everywhere. To make this worse they are currently refurbishing a studio, but all the wooden desks and counters and their subsequent nails are all over the car park so they can’t even blame the students.

Mark Wallace came to fix the washing machine and bedroom window. Took him 10 minutes to figure out what the specialist couldn’t in 2 hours. Nice to chat to as well

Very positive experience living in my student cribs home this year. The actual house was modern and all the appliances were new and effective and the team always responded very quickly to any concerns or maintenance that we needed. Would definitely recommend this company.
