The 2 lifts are not working if u are in 14 floor u have to climb up and down from stairs only . Don’t choose this accommodation worst accommodation

The worst student accommodation😡repairs are extremely slow, and the lift has been out of order for a whole month. It exploits international students no locals would ever live here. Subletting a room at half price — I can’t stay here another minute. First come, first served

Me entregaram o quarto super sujo. Não funcionava o aquecedor em uma cidade que estava fazendo 1 grau. Gelada com sensação de - 4. Banheiro entupido. Não tem atendimento na recepção. Colchão e travesseiro desconforto total. Péssimo A TV não funciona. Geladeira não funcionava, depois de 1 semana arrumaram. Tentei resolver os pontos e pedir ajuda não tive ajuda. Principalmente o aquecedor, era o mais importante. Enviei também email ao booking relatando que o quarto estava sem aquecedor, pelo menos isso eu precisava, já que estava muito gelado. Até hoje não tive resposta nenhuma. As paredes são de isopor, não consegui dormir nenhum dia, estou exausta. Basta as pessoas andarem em seus quartos, você ouvir tudo a madrugada toda, o piso é extremamente barulhento, fiquei no segundo andar e pessoa do andar superior fazia muito barulho, tentei falar e nada fizeram. Péssimo isolamento. Fiquei triste com a situação, eu paguei caro, pois iria ficar um período longo fora da minha casa, então queria um lugar confortável. Não vale a pena. Eu não recomendo. Me arrependi muito, tentava falar com a administração e não resolveram nada. Paguei caro, minha estadia foi péssima e sai do lugar exausta.

Very poor quality—things often break. There’s no reception, so it’s impossible to find anyone. If there’s a problem, you don’t know where to go to get it resolved. Incidents happen frequently. Strangers may enter rooms or the accommodation areas. The building is poorly insulated, and the noise is very loud, with frequent ambulances passing by, which seriously affects sleep. On top of that, it’s very expensive—much more than nearby modern apartment. It feels like it’s just set up to exploit international students; no local students would ever live here.
