Marybone Student Village 3, liverpool

Good student halls, fun city centre location, low costs always attracts a few absolute nutters 😆, makes it more fun I think. Rough area though, full of drug addicts but the security do a great job of keeping everything safe and under wraps, I see them do regular patrols of the grounds and they are also very helpful when asked to deal with antisocial behaviour or noise complaints. Helpful staff and caretaker also. Great social space too with a dart board, pool table and the gym is pretty good also, private and a good place to meet new people.

I am a first year student and Marybone 3 Student Village is my first property since being at university. It has been amazing so far, with super fast wifi, spacious rooms with double beds and a gym which is open late to suit my needs. The bedrooms have lots of room for study, which is really helpful especially because the rooms have LAN ports which helps for gaming. The kitchens are clean and have all the required kit, such as a large fridge freezer, hob, sink and an island where we can eat. With a large screen TV and two sofas, the living room is a great place to chill. With lots of communal space downstairs including a cinema room, games room and a gym, there is always something going on, making sure that during your time at university, you are never bored.

Fantastic location for LJMU which is just 10 minutes walk away. It's over the road from the LJMU library and lecture hall. 10 minutes walk into the city and also has lots of pubs and shops even closer. It has a free gym which is fantastic, the communal rooms are clean and spacious. It's not too noisy at night and has great security.

Convenient placed as its right next to uni and only around a 10 min walk to town. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Great value for money as you get ensuites, free gym, games rooms and study areas. The maintenance team are great, if you have any issues they come check it out quickly and efficiently. There are also cleaners who work hard to keep the halls clean and tidy.

This is my 3rd year living in Marybone 3, I can not fault it. Amazing 24hr security very safe area, and close to LJMU university and library. All the girls in reception ( Molly, Poppy and Michelle ) are very friendly and helpful at all times. Bedrooms are a decent size with your own shower,toilet and sink. Free gym on site which you can use up until midnight everyday and even weekends.
