Nice, affordable accommodation in a great location — especially convenient for the uni and med school. It’s really easy to get to lectures without a long commute. The extra facilities are good, and the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, which makes cooking and socialising easy. The only downside is the Circuit laundry, which can be a bit pricey and not always the most convenient. Overall, great value for money and a solid choice for students.

Compared to past accommodations this one is homely, affordable, close to campus, fun rooms to book like karaoke cinema room and private dining area, there’s always events going on in the reception and they always give out food and treats. The room is wonderful with a large bed and a large desk with a lot of storage space not to mention the maintenance and cleanliness here is next level especially for a student accommodation, they’re fixing the problem next day after putting it through the app which also is super easy and convenient to get around. Lastly the washing area is usually 9 times out of ten clean and easy to use, and affordable.

I’ve really enjoyed living here throughout my university experience. The staff go above and beyond for you and are amongst the kindest people I’ve met. My phone charger broke and I didn’t have access to any and when I went to reception, the staff members were so sweet and understanding. They offered me to charge my phone on site and the manager literally gave me her own charger to keep. I would definitely recommend this place as not only is the accommodation very nice including the extra areas for students like the study room, etc. but the staff are also amazing!

I’ve had a really positive experience living in a studio at iQ Student Accommodation – Pavilions. The studio is modern, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of storage space and everything you need in one place. Having my own private kitchen and bathroom gave me a lot of independence and made my university experience much more comfortable. The building feels secure with key fob access and supportive staff who are always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, and the location is very convenient for campus and nearby shops. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the studios at Pavilions to students looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

I had a great experience staying at IQ. The accommodation has really nice common rooms that are perfect for relaxing, studying, or spending time with friends. They regularly organise various events, which makes it easy to meet new people and feel part of a community. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Security is also very good, which makes the place feel safe and well-managed. Overall, IQ is a comfortable and lively place to stay, especially for students.
