I LOVE my stay at Vita St.Albans Leeds! It’s truly my second home away from home It’s a bit pricey but worth every penny I felt safe whenever I walked into the building. The staffs are friendly and welcoming There are loads of weekly activities that you can join and receive some freebies The breakfast is great enough to fill you up in the morning before going to class I stayed in the cheapest room type yet it delivered amazing value for me! The room size is 20sq.m but I never felt crammed as the layout is well-planned My room is on 4th floor which I prefer lower floor personally and the view of a highway is nice! (I don’t like the garden view due to a lack of privacy from people walking pass in front) I had to buy a work table and chair from Ikea since the high chair gave me backache (This is only negative thing I had for this accommodation which made me hesitant to book initially) Wi-fi works just fine. The bathroom is big and comes with lots of cupboards to store toiletries The kitchen area is big enough for 1 person But the fridge is a little small Gym is quite small too so I only used it once and signed up for Uni of Leeds gym membership The location is 100/10 as the building is close to city centre and i could walk to train station, bus station and university in less than 30 minutes There are plenty of co-working space to study with your friends and the bookable dining room too! Overall, the value to money ratio is fantastic and I’ve been recommended this student accommodation to my Thai friends coming to Leeds.

Been a resident here for 2 years, price's getting higher every year and it's quite hard to catch up. But for this price-range, I dare say Vita offers one of the best quality of service and facility. Shoutout to Esther, Simran, and Ethan for being super awesome and for making my stay this year enjoyable - these staff are the most outstanding and friendliest people I've ever met. Off-site Customer Engagement a bit difficult to reach and feels like you are talking to a wall. A few incidents had disturbed my interviews and job assessments which resulted in disqualification, and no actions or compensations were offered from the customer-engagement team. Hence, the lower rating from my perspective. On-site staffs are the opposite of that and are always available to talk and offer help when needed.

I had a very disappointing experience at VITA St Albans. I was allocated Room 1214, which was in an unacceptable condition when I moved in late at night. • The mattress had many hairs and was clearly not cleaned. • The bathroom was dirty, with long hairs around the drain (I have short hair, so these were left by a previous resident). • The shower drain was blocked. • The fridge had visible stains and even leaked water when opened. • Overall, the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the standard VITA advertises. When I raised this issue, the support I received was slow and unhelpful. For the premium price students pay at VITA, the quality and service should be much better. I do not recommend VITA St Albans unless they seriously improve their cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

I stayed at Vita Student for 2 years, and I can honestly say it felt like home from day one. The team is incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly — whether it was helping with parcels, organizing events, or just being there for a friendly chat. The facilities were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for student life. From quiet study spaces to vibrant social areas, everything was set up to support both academic focus and relaxation. I made great friends and unforgettable memories thanks to the community vibe that Vita creates. If you’re a student looking for a safe, stylish, and supportive place to live, I couldn’t recommend Vita Student more. It truly became my home away from home, and I’m so grateful for the experience.

Had a very good experience staying here. I really liked the service of reception. Especially Sam and Alex were very helpful and companionable during my stay. My questions and requests were always addressed and responded to in a timely manner. The experience of staying here was great and it was a short walk to school. Life is very convenient with many large supermarkets and markets around.
