Perfect accommodation with the largest room at a reasonable price in Exeter. Nick and Phil were very kind and helpful with my move-in, and all the facilities feel factory-new. What really sets this place apart though is the community side of things. There are resident activities every week, and today Phil built a wooden planter rack so we could each grow our own flowers and decorate a shared wall ourselves. Coming home to a building that actually has traces of the people living in it — that’s something most apartments just don’t offer.

Having stayed in three different student accommodations over the years, this one stands out as the best by far. The rooms are really spacious, the facilities are top notch, and everything is kept in great condition. Being here for my final year made a big difference in helping me stay on track and focused. The location is also a huge bonus. Being so close to the quay meant I could easily go for a walk or run, or just take a break with a coffee and some great food. It was the perfect way to switch off without going too far. The gym was another highlight for me. Having it right there made it easy to stay consistent with quick morning workouts. On top of that, there’s always something happening socially. The staff do a great job organising events and keeping things lively, which really adds to the overall experience. Spaces like the private dining room and theatre room are simple to book in advance, making it really easy to host friends. Great pool table and dart board too. What really makes this place though is the team. Nick has been incredible, always upbeat, approachable, and happy to help or just listen. He’s been an absolute joy to this place. Phil has been just as great, from helping me settle in to keeping everything running smoothly throughout the building. Emily and Alanta were both so helpful during the move in and admin process, making everything feel straightforward and stress free. I’ve already been recommending this accommodation to my juniors and friends coming back from placement, it’s been such a great experience overall.

Can’t thing of a single thing to complain about. Definitely recommend to any student who’s looking for a safe, trustworthy and welcoming accommodation site in Exeter. Big shoutout to Nick for helping me out whenever I need and also to Phil who’s just all around amazing! 💫💫

Very comfortable! The front desk and staff are very friendly!

A lovely place to stay while at university. The staff are lovely, and host fun events in the communal area such as “pizza Fridays” every Friday, give aways and even “cocktail afternoons” in the spring and summer. I really recommend considering this as an accommodation while studying at University of Exeter!
