Situated in the Round Hill area of the city, our property is close by to both the city centre and the main universities, and the beautiful seafront is just a walk away. The Screen and Film School and the University of Brighton are both a 20-minute walk away whilst the University of Sussex is easily commutable by bus. Ravilious House has bus links to all parts of the city, so getting around is easy and so convenient.

Students can choose from a range of rooms including en-suite rooms, which feature modern furnishings, including a comfy bed, private bathroom, ample storage space as well as a shared kitchen and dining room so you can get to know all the cool people you live with. If you’d rather live a bit more independently, then our range of self-contained studios would be a perfect choice - fitted with a fully equipped kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and your own bedroom and living space. We also have accessible studio options available.

Our themed communal spaces and luxury facilities are unbeatable, with the likes of a setback roof garden offering views of the city. We also know how important it is to provide a space for students to crack on with work off campus, which is why we have private study spaces on-site.

There are popular cafes, bars and restaurants dotted along Lewes Road so there’ll always be something going on to keep you busy. If you’re a coffee lover, there’s the Pelicano Coffee Co for a drink and a catch-up with friends. The Lewes Road Inn is a great hotspot for a few tipples after a busy day at uni. If you’re a lover of Indian food, then Brinjals is right on our doorstep and offers some amazing authentic food.
