I had a wonderful experience staying at Vita Student Accommodation. The place is always clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, and the attention to detail is very noticeable. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would especially like to thank Abby, Serena, Will, Arslan, Ether, and George for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support. One of the best features is the free weekday breakfast, which offers a good variety of options, including a full English breakfast. In addition, Vita provides fun and diverse activities for residents, such as cooking events, arts and crafts, celebrations, and trips creating a great sense of community. I highly recommend Vita Student Accommodation — a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to live.

I had a great stay at this student accommodation! The reception team were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. It was also very reassuring to know that the reception is available 24/7. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and was always spotless. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation to other students!

Will, Abby, Serena and the rest of the pebble mill team are amazing, thank you for making my experience here great and unforgettable. I recommend Pebble Mill to everyone as you meet great people here, experience new things and the breakfast here is very good. Security is amazing here having staff on site even throughout the night is good as when i need help later on in the day the support is there. thank you so much, the best accommodation!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The service here has been nothing short of pathetic — no proper response from management despite repeated concerns. Facilities are poorly maintained, with faulty machines that never seem to get fixed. To make things worse, I was unfairly charged for paint without any valid reason, which feels completely unacceptable. For the premium price charged, the level of service is far below expectations. Definitely would not recommend Vita Student Birmingham.
