No, students will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the shared facilities and their own bedroom. If however you would like to have your apartment cleaned for you it may be possible to arrange this for an additional charge.

The on-site maintenance team will try to resolve any issues you raise with the property team on the same day as you log the issue. All issues must be logged via properties student portal.
