About this property
Living close to campus has a habit of making university life much easier. Fewer early-morning commutes, less time spent on buses and more opportunities to make the most of the city all add up over the course of an academic year. Trinity Court Aberdeen offers exactly that kind of convenience, placing students within easy reach of the University of Aberdeen while keeping everyday essentials close by.
Trinity Court student accommodation in Aberdeen has been developed for students who want practical, affordable accommodation without feeling disconnected from university life. Shared flats create a sociable atmosphere, while a selection of different room types gives residents flexibility depending on their budget and preferred way of living. Add inclusive utility bills, helpful on-site services and a location that keeps much of Aberdeen within easy reach, and you've got accommodation that works well for both new and returning students.
Ask students what they value most in accommodation and you'll usually hear the same answers: somewhere comfortable, somewhere safe and somewhere that doesn't make getting to university a daily challenge. Trinity Court manages to tick each of those boxes without trying to be anything it isn't.
The accommodation is centred around shared flats, making it a good choice for students who enjoy having people around them rather than living completely independently. You'll still have your own bedroom, giving you privacy when you need it, while kitchens and communal areas naturally become places where flatmates cook together, revise, celebrate birthdays or simply catch up after lectures.
The atmosphere tends to suit students who want a balance between academic life and social life. During the day, everyone heads off in different directions for classes, placements or part-time jobs. Evenings are often quieter, with residents returning to shared kitchens, spending time in the entertainment space or preparing for the next day's lectures.
Practical support is another advantage of living here. On-site staff, maintenance services and secure entry systems help take care of the day-to-day issues that students would rather not spend time worrying about.
Where you choose to live affects more than just your journey to university. It influences how often you explore the city, how easily you meet friends and even how much free time you have during the week.

Living in Aberdeen
Aberdeen is often recognised for its historic university, granite architecture and coastline, but students quickly discover there's much more to the city than its landmarks. Cafés stay busy throughout the day, green spaces offer a welcome escape when coursework becomes demanding, and the student population gives many neighbourhoods a lively atmosphere during term time.
Living at Trinity Court means you're particularly well placed if you're studying at the University of Aberdeen. Walking to campus is often quicker than waiting for public transport, making early lectures a little less painful and late library sessions much more manageable.
Everyday life is equally straightforward. Morrisons on King Street is nearby for weekly grocery shopping, while cafés along the same road provide plenty of places to grab breakfast, work on assignments or meet friends between lectures. Beach Boulevard Retail Park offers additional shopping whenever you need something beyond the weekly essentials.
When it's time to switch off, Seaton Park provides one of Aberdeen's most popular outdoor spaces. Students often head there for a walk, a run or simply a change of scenery after spending hours indoors. The nearby Sir Duncan Rice Library remains one of the city's best study spaces, whether you're borrowing books, revising for exams or finishing coursework close to a deadline.

This is my first year staying at Trinity Court and I will definitely be booking again! The flats are very well kept and perfect for any student. The maintenance team are helpful and quick to solve any issues that may arise. There are fun events on and the office staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Trinity Court or any other Mezzino property to any student!!

My daughter booked a room at Trinity Court when she first came to Aberdeen for her undergraduate degree in 2018 and renewed her contract every year until she completed her degree this year. Trinity Court is a great place to stay, well equipped flats (washer/dryer unit, dish washer, fridge/freezer etc.) with spacious kitchen/living area, nice individual rooms and large bathrooms with tub and shower. The University of Aberdeen is really close, as well as Aberdeen Sports Village and a small Tesco -- not to forget the beach! What made Trinity Court really special, though, was the staff in the office, the maintenance people and everybody involved in keeping the place clean, safe and running at all times, even during lock-down in the pandemic. Everybody was always very nice, helpful, flexible and caring, which was especially important and reassuring for me as the mother of an international student (from Germany). The staff tried to accommodate all our wishes and needs and even helped my daughter with her moving boxes on her last day. We will miss everybody at Trinity Court very much!

Bathroom light did not work for half the year despite asking management multiple times to fix it. Also someone needs to shoot the seagulls. They crapped on my car too much. I had to take it to the wash an average of 5 times a week. On further note the only redeeming quality about this was the mega giga speed wifi ( which I miss dearly now since my current flatmates arent fixing the new one ).

I would recommend Ardmuir to anyone. The amazing people that run this accommodation do their jobs to an exceptionally high standard. The flats are clean, well-equipped and ideal for students. I have made friends for life whilst staying here!
