Parking management is poor. The area where my car was parked had no yellow lines or hatched markings indicating it was a no-parking zone. Another car was already parked beside mine, making it appear the area was being used for parking. The permit only displayed the valid dates and didn't state it expired at midday, which ultimately led to my car being clamped. I was told by the clamping company that hotel staff requested the clamp. As a paying guest, I would have expected an attempt to contact me before resorting to immobilising my vehicle. I even had to warn another guest who was about to park in the same spot, suggesting the parking arrangements aren't as clear as the hotel believes. Aside from the parking experience, there's no air conditioning in the rooms and the hotel is a fair distance from the city centre.

This is a perfect location whether you're a student or a vacationer. The staff are wonderful! Everyone has been so friendly and responsive. Maintenance and cleaning are always taken care of quickly. It's 5 bedrooms to a common area, which has a clothes washer and dryer plus a dishwasher and full kitchen. The rooms have large windows and extra storage under the bed. There are plenty of fun hang out spots in each of the buildings, with air conditioned interiors. It's a short walk to UCC or the bus stop for the 208 or 220 bus to Cork City Centre. There's a 24 hour convenience store next door for cooking ingredients or late night snacks. A lovely park along the river just across the street-- with walking path, fishing, friendly ducks, and plenty of room for football or sunbathing. We stayed here for a few weeks this summer and definitely would again.

The best student accommodation I've been in so far in cork. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always answer their phones and their emails as quickly as possible. The location is perfect and safe. Near the university, and there are 2 reliable buses that take you directly to the city and back. The buildings are very clean and there are so many study spots. It's just amazing, 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here over the weekend for the Zach Bryan concert. The accommodation is fab, very modern and clean, and the staff were so helpful. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us despite the high turnover so we were delighted. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a great place if you want a balance between studying and relaxing — there are nice study areas, spaces to play games, and even a movie room. The free coffee is a big plus too haha. What I appreciate the most is how understanding and supportive the team is, especially during difficult times. They really try to help and make things easier for residents. They also put effort into organising fun events for special occasions, which makes it feel more like a community. Overall, a really nice place to live.
