Yugo Bottleworks, cork

Honestly, I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a great place if you want a balance between studying and relaxing — there are nice study areas, spaces to play games, and even a movie room. The free coffee is a big plus too haha. What I appreciate the most is how understanding and supportive the team is, especially during difficult times. They really try to help and make things easier for residents. They also put effort into organising fun events for special occasions, which makes it feel more like a community. Overall, a really nice place to live.

The Bottleworks is relatively new, so all the ammenities are too. My studio is lovely, and I never have a problem with maintenance or repair. On the few occasions I have called for repairs, everything was done in a day. I use the app to contact management, and I don't have any issues. I also haven't had any big problems with anything in apaartment. I'm one 8th floor, and I've never had trouble with the elvator. On the two occasions after hours when I've locked myself our of my apartment, I simply called the number we have, and someone came to let me in within minutes. Thank you for that! Unrelated to this. . . there is a 24 hour Spar next door!

The accommodation is really great. The staff is also very friendly and helpful if there are any issues. Also great communication from the staff to us to keep us updated and informed on any issues. They also plan a lot of nice activities during the stay. Definitely recommend staying here

DO NOT COME HERE!! We constantly have days of no hot water and power outages and they don’t even compensate us in anyway. They lock us in with the gates, like caged animals, to the courtyard that used to be open and they open it for a few hours saying it’s for “safety” but then the only way to get in and out is with the fob through the reception and they have started charging us €5 every time you forget your fob and need access to your own room!! Many resident issues have been brought up before, but nothing changes. The manager Laura is also rude and condescending, whenever students come to her with any issues The common areas that we booked are left filthy all the time and not cleaned during our booked times

The accommodation is really lovely. Amenities are great. Sure there are a few hiccups but the staff at the front desk work hard to solve things within their control and are always so kind. Really close to UCC campus and being on the Lee River is a nice perk.
