Went for a cocktail making class here and had a wonderful time. The bar is very classy and clean, it's a gorgeous place. Lovely staff.

New accommodation in the heart of Galway. Everything is new and modern, and it feels comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent: right next to the train station and within walking distance of everything in the city centre. Many guided tours also start from the street next to the accommodation, which is very convenient. The staff were young, friendly, and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A small thing to keep in mind is that it can get a bit noisy outside late at night on weekends because of the central location, but that is to be expected. There was also no hairdryer, shampoo, or shower gel provided, so it is worth bringing your own.

Common kitchen, lounge & tv available w/modern appliances. Staff are friendly, helpful & available to make your stay memorable. Way cool place to stay, great location. Walkable to all the hot spots of Galway!

We had a great stay at Queen Street Place. It was pretty much brand new when we booked and the price was great compared to what was available in the summer. Has free coffee, lots of great workspaces in the lobby, full shared kitchen with fridges and everything you need to cook most meals. Even has a great gym, pickleball court, and billiards table. Rooms were small and minimalist, but fit our needs quite well. Given it's a dorm style layout, I can see why it might not fit everyone's preferences, but it fit ours perfectly.

Yes, the property team will sign for them and keep them at reception for you to collect.
No, students will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the shared facilities and their own bedroom. If however you would like to have your apartment cleaned for you it may be possible to arrange this for an additional charge.
The on-site maintenance team will try to resolve any issues you raise with the property team on the same day as you log the issue. All issues must be logged via properties student portal. Where the property team needs to arrange parts and the issue cannot be resolved that day they will keep you informed at all times as to what the likely timescales are.
