Ok for one night or if accommodation elsewhere is very expensive. Fixtures in the room were cheap and nasty and the communal kitchen area was very tired and in need of a good clean. Staff were very nice and late checkout for 20 euro was appreciated too.

I am very disappointed with how my situation was handled by Yugo New Mill. I repeatedly visited reception over a long period of time trying to resolve an accommodation issue that was not my fault. Each time, I explained the situation and asked for help, yet I was never able to speak with anyone in a managerial position who could actually make a decision or provide a clear solution. What frustrated me most was not the issue itself, but the complete lack of ownership and communication. I was continuously directed back to reception, asked to wait, or told that someone would get back to me, but no meaningful resolution was ever provided. As a resident, I expected that when a serious accommodation problem arose, there would be a clear escalation process and someone accountable for helping residents find a solution. Instead, I spent weeks repeatedly chasing answers without receiving any. The staff at reception were always polite, and this review is not directed at them personally. My disappointment is with the management and the way this situation was handled. After numerous visits and requests for assistance, I was ultimately left without answers and in a very difficult position. I hope Yugo improves its communication and support processes so that future residents do not have to go through the same experience.

The receptionist on 17th of January night (his name is bruno) was so rude he didn’t stop cursing us and being offensive toward us, such unprofessional behavior from someone trying to scare us with his dirty talk. Please make sure to give some courses in mental health for him so he start harming the students living there. Please if you’re student willing to live there be careful and think twice before booking it

I was looking for a place to book for friends who are coming to visit Dublin and I found this place. The property has everything you might need and Nicole from reception was very helpful to show me the place and how I can book the place online.

These are dorm rooms. Very hot and stuffy. No amenities (hairdryer, iron, TV in bedroom. ) very disappointed with VRBO listing and description.
