Ok for one night or if accommodation elsewhere is very expensive. Fixtures in the room were cheap and nasty and the communal kitchen area was very tired and in need of a good clean. Staff were very nice and late checkout for 20 euro was appreciated too.

I am writing to share that I had an awful experience with your property. To start, the room they first gave me had obviously been one in which people were smoking. I could not stay there. They gave me a second room in a different part of the complex. I opened a drawer and found it had long black hairs in it. The floor was filthy and I had to clean it myself. The blinds did not work properly. There was mold in the shower. In the common area with the kitchen no appliances were turned on and the stench of rotten food was disgusting. There was no food there but the odors were coming from the freezer and fridges which had not been maintained or cleaned properly. The windows and surfaces were streaked with unknown substances. The floors in the common area were also disgustingly dirty. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone I know. Student housing doesn't have to be gross but your residence definitely reinforces that notion.

I am very disappointed with how my situation was handled by Yugo New Mill. I repeatedly visited reception over a long period of time trying to resolve an accommodation issue that was not my fault. Each time, I explained the situation and asked for help, yet I was never able to speak with anyone in a managerial position who could actually make a decision or provide a clear solution. What frustrated me most was not the issue itself, but the complete lack of ownership and communication. I was continuously directed back to reception, asked to wait, or told that someone would get back to me, but no meaningful resolution was ever provided. As a resident, I expected that when a serious accommodation problem arose, there would be a clear escalation process and someone accountable for helping residents find a solution. Instead, I spent weeks repeatedly chasing answers without receiving any. The staff at reception were always polite, and this review is not directed at them personally. My disappointment is with the management and the way this situation was handled. After numerous visits and requests for assistance, I was ultimately left without answers and in a very difficult position. I hope Yugo improves its communication and support processes so that future residents do not have to go through the same experience.

Uninhabitable... - Elevator is always broken, got trapped once. - Management is awful, extremely rude. Especially Bruno - noise is unbearable, thin walls - got so bad I was afraid to return home on many occasions - need therapy from staying here They will reply to this saying theyre sorry and will change, but look at previous reviews. It has been years of the same problems. Do not stay here.
