I’ve had a really positive experience living here. One of the biggest advantages is the level of security. I’ve always felt very safe, which is so important in student accommodation. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and helpful. They’re always approachable and quick to assist with anything, which really makes a difference day to day. The location is amazing as well! It’s right outside a Luas stop, so getting around Dublin is super easy and convenient. Walking distance to city centre is under 20 minutes with grocery stores nearby and walking distance as well. Overall, it’s a great place to live as a student - safe, friendly, and in a perfect location.

My stay here was from Aug 15 to 22, but it was so terrible that I left partway through. I don't even know where to begin. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were not there, but had left left the complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered in a layer of dust and smelled horrible. As you can see in the photos, the mattress was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom garbage had not been emptied from the previous guest. I do not have long, dark hair, but within minutes of being in the room my socks were covered in long, dark hair. I don't think the room had been vacuumed. In fact, I don't think the floors anywhere in the building have been cleaned in ages. In the laundry room, only one of washers and one of the dryers actually worked. The kitchen was filthy. Dirty dishes everywhere, including in the cupboards. The fridge was full of rotting food. I saw the cleaner one morning, but all this person did was quickly wipe down the table and one of the countertops and empty the garbage. No attempt was made to do the dishes, clean the sink, or make the fridge usable. I get that people are supposed to do their own dishes in accommodation like this, but there has to be process when this doesn't happen. Complaints went unanswered even though they say they say email is monitored 24/7. Also, the summer accommodation staff say the property is responsible for cleanliness issues, but the property staff at the desk say they have nothing to do with summer accommodations (which it also says in the guide), so they just bounce you back and forth and do nothing. Do not book this place. A week is one thing, but I feel so bad for the students who have to live here for an entire academic year. The positive reviews are surely fake.

I loved my week here. The central location made it easy to explore Dublin & is also convenient for using public transport. Place is tidy & bed was comfortable. Was nice to have my own space with ensuite & access to gym, kitchen, laundry facilities & chill zones.

I stay here for 12 nights when traveling to Dublin to attend a conference last Monday. I am surprised it gives me a spacious clean double bed room. The living environment is very quiet & safe, enabling me to sleep very well every night. It’s located in city center that makes things like transportation, shopping, entertainment, eating out, etc. very convenient. Staffs are friendly & enthusiastic to give you a hand if you have any question. My stay is pleasing & highly recommend it to you!

Excellent stay. Great common area split between 6 rooms. Great views. We couldn't find A/C, but cracking the window shutters cooled the room off plenty. Very friendly staff. Huge help that they let us keep our bags there while exploring the city the day we left.
