Beautiful apartments. The concept of Swiftwalk is incredible but its execution is even better. The units initially looked a bit on the smaller side on the floor plan, but stepping into them in person, there is so much space, will still feeling warm and cozy. The balconies are also so decently sized, with some of the ground level apartments essentially having mini backyards. The building itself is beautiful, and so are the interiors and common areas. They have reservable places to host guests, work areas, rooftop barbecues and even studio space to do woodworking or messier crafts. An IG is connected right to one of the buildings, there’s a decent sized gym, and washing machines and communal cloth lines. It’s such a lovely space, so am keeping my fingers crossed that I can get a lease, as I am very keen to be a part of the community!
