Yugo Austen House, southampton

Keeping constructions. Loud noise. Dirty environment. I will never come back again. I even can't sleep well. Horrible.

Didn't stop at this accomodation only went for a visit to see what it was like, booked in advance, No one on resperation or in the security office to let me in, Postman let me inside, where he tried to call the office, and left several parcels unattended with no CCTV Halls where dirty, kitchen dirty, They Did not have showrooms, instead the person working there was banging on the poor girls door to let us in, He told her she was given prior knowledge that the tour would be happening, she had no knowledge of the tour,

Austen House is located in the center of Southampton, surrounded by many shops, including Chinese shops, Lidl and Tesco, etc., making it very convenient to purchase daily necessities. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the bus stop from here, so living here is very convenient. The apartment rooms are fully equipped and the front desk staff are all very friendly.

Cannot fault the place! Perfect location, great room albeit walls are relatively thin and I have had issues sleeping as a result but they dealt with the issues perfectly! Knew within weeks that I'd likely be re-booking a studio for second year. The staff are also great with any and all requests, Susie cannot do enough to help you with any problems that you might run in to during your stay! I highly recommend Austen House for anyone looking at studying in Southampton.
