Yes, you can! If you do not receive the grades to be accepted by your chosen university then your booking fee is refundable in full. However, letter from the University confirming the withdrawal of their offer to process the refund is required. It may also be possible to transfer your booking to another location at your second choice institution, though this is subject to availability. Please remember that this is the only circumstance when a reservation fee (or holding fee in Scotland) is refundable.
