I’m not entirely sure of the name of the head of lettings at the reception at 4 Dumfries street, but my experience with him was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. He came across as consistently rude, dismissive, and would repeatedly talk over me without allowing me to fully explain my points. The manner in which he communicates felt unnecessarily harsh and loud, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable and difficult. Overall, I found his attitude to be very poor for someone in a senior-facing role, and it did not reflect the level of professionalism you would expect. It also gave the impression of a tense environment, as some staff members seemed uneasy when he was present. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely solely on positive reviews, as my interaction with him specifically did not reflect a good standard of customer service. In my view, there needs to be a serious improvement in leadership approach and communication within the lettings reception team.

I couldn't believe that I would have this kind of treatment at the end,they trying to take my deposit from non sense reason,I left the apartment clean,walls clean and they try to charge me for cleaning and painting. And the funny one,40 £ for mattress protector while I was using my own bed the whole time Whatever they can grab,disgusting

Whole Dumfries street is a shady place. Too much drunkies. Not god place for families. For Bachelors it's fine. Near to luton Town centre. Food options available. No opinion about opto village though.
