Vita Student Portland House is genuinely the best student accommodation in Exeter. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well designed, and the bathrooms are always kept to a very good standard. The maintenance team is reliable and quick to help whenever anything needs attention. What really makes this place stand out is the reception staff, who are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. They make the whole experience feel much more personal and comfortable. It is a great place to live and I would highly recommend it to any student in Exeter.

The on-site gym, study rooms, and helpful 24/7 staff make daily life so easy. It’s a safe, comfortable, and social place to call home during my studies. Highly recommended!

I love staying at Vita. The accommodation is amazing. I have been living here for over 6months and the experience has always been wonderful. The best part about staying here are the Staffs, they've always been the sweetest and proactive. They're always someone there to help you out with any queries or problem. I couldn't have chosen a better accommodation for stay during my studies. The location is perfect as well, it's close to everything. You're not too far from university and it is right at the heart of the city centre. The convience in it is an add on. There is a Pub right under the accommodation which might be a problem for the ones staying above it but, you'll just get used to the vibe of the City. The social events are the highlight where you get to do different activities.

The cooking events are filled with joy and togetherness, turning unfamiliar faces into friends. The stress-relief sessions come exactly when your mind feels heavy, gently reminding you to slow down and breathe. The yoga sessions bring a beautiful sense of balance, helping both mind and body feel at ease. The networking opportunities have also been incredibly meaningful, allowing me to connect, grow, and feel a sense of belonging in a completely new country. And the mornings feel a little brighter with the lovely breakfasts — such a comforting start to the day that makes you feel cared for before you even step out. But above everything else, it’s the people here who make it unforgettable. The staff are genuinely kind, always welcoming, and always there with a smile. When you’re far away from your family, that kindness means everything. Today, I feel deeply grateful, truly happy, and even a little emotional saying this — I’m proud to call Vita Portland my home during this chapter of my life. It gave me not just a place to live, but a sense of belonging when I needed it the most.

The staff at Vita are truly wonderful. Ryan, the manager, is one of the most caring and genuine managers I have ever worked with, and Sophie is just as kind and supportive who is now a friend for life. The whole team always looked out for one another and, most importantly, showed genuine care for the students and their wellbeing.
