Exeter One, exeter

I have been living at Exeter One Accommodation for the past 10 months, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best student accommodations in Exeter. It offers excellent value for money and is very affordable compared to many other options. What truly makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Every member of the team is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are always approachable and respond quickly to any issues, whether it's a maintenance problem or anything related to day-to-day living. Their prompt support makes living here stress-free and comfortable. The accommodation is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and safe. I have had a great experience throughout my stay, and I would highly recommend Exeter One Accommodation to any student looking for a comfortable, affordable, and supportive place to live. Stay literally anywhere else. A cardboard box on Sidwell street may be better value for your money. Incredibly expensive, Limited reception hours, Out of hours takes forever, Small common room, Far away from everything, Have to climb a hill to get to campus (and no, you won't get used to it), Sleeping with your window open in the summer means you get woken up by the trains The one redeeming quality is that it's right next to a 24/7 petrol station and it's close to Kay House. Apart from that, stay WELL CLEAR. I really wish I could've enjoyed this place for my first year of uni but it's made it miserable.

Good accomodation choice but kind of far from campus. Close to St David's railway station though

The studio rooms are decent and newly renovated which is nice. It's very close to the uni and about 20 minutes from the city. The wifi is very good and the staff are nice. My biggest complaint is probably that the rooms can get quite cold. But overall, I would recommend this place.
