Why doesn’t the management of Central living Exeter take it seriously and take responsibility for addressing the antisocial behaviour of the homeless person that is camping by its premises. This is causing an unsafe and threatening environment for young students who are paying nearly £9000 a year rent and who can’t study or sleep in peace. Despite several attempts to get this resolved nothing is happening.

Although most of the time I live quite satisfied, living here students must buy a door blocker or installation of monitoring! !! Today is the third time someone has opened the door with a key. The first time was when I first moved in. She knocked on the door and I asked her why, but she didn't answer and I just let her in. The reason given later was the wrong room. security check that day. I was taking a shower when I didn't hear a knock on the door. A man came in and scared me to death. Today, for the third time, I was asleep when a female employee knocked on my door and opened it without replying. Before we go get the mail today have to check anything. up with it. But I couldn't I'm so angry! She didn't close the curtains and lock the door. You knew I was sleeping, and you didn't say anything out of respect. The door was unlocked. I don't know how I lost it if I wasn't here. Let's choose carefully; I'm so angry. Although I'm mostly satisfied with my stay, anyone living here should definitely buy a door stopper or install security cameras!!! This is the third time someone has opened the door with a key today. The first time was when I first moved in. She knocked, I asked her what she wanted, and she didn't answer but just opened the door and came in. Later, she said she had the wrong room. The second time was when I was showering. This time, although they sent an email beforehand saying there would be a security check that day, they didn't specify the time. I didn't hear the knocking while showering, and a man just opened the door and came in—it scared me to death! Today is the third time. I was sleeping, and a female employee knocked and opened the door before I could answer. Before this, we received an email about a check that day. She opened the door, I asked her what she wanted, and she said a check. I asked for a minute to change my clothes, but she wouldn't give me that. She said she was busy and had many rooms to check, and told me to just lie still. I tolerated that. But after she finished checking, she didn't close the curtains or lock the door, and that's when I couldn't take it anymore. She clearly knew I was sleeping, and showed absolutely no respect. And leaving the door unlocked is just ridiculous. If I wasn't there, I wouldn't even know how my things got stolen. Everyone, think carefully before you buy this; I'm so angry!

I have stayed at Central Living for 5 months now and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms and kitchen have a great view as well. The common areas were clean and perfect for socializing with other students. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and city centre. Overall, I have had an amazing experience at Central Living and I would highly recommend it to any student looking for a great place to stay.
