Clearing can leave students with a short window to arrange both their university place and accommodation. This is particularly relevant in Cambridge, where accommodation options can become limited as the academic year approaches.
Student Castle Cambridge offers several room categories, including en-suite accommodation, studios and twin studios. This gives students joining through Clearing some choice over how they want to live rather than limiting them to a single accommodation format.
If you've secured a place at the University of Cambridge, Anglia Ruskin University or another institution in the city through Clearing, checking room availability early is worthwhile. Popular room categories can become unavailable as more students confirm their places.
Student Castle Cambridge benefits from access to Cambridge's public transport network. Cambridge North Railway Station provides rail services towards London, Ely and other destinations, while Cambridge North Bus Interchange connects residents with different parts of the city.

Your own bathroom and kitchen would be good choice. Bedroom is not carpeted. Kitchen appliances and bedding are supplied for you. Drawer is enough. There is no air conditioner but it has a radiator. You can buy new mattress if you want. Wifi service is really good. I like the gym which has air conditioner, treadmills, foam roller, lowpull machine and rowing machine. There is a laundry room but you should pay per wash and dry. The receptionists are very friendly. And you can receive any parcel or mail safely.

Amazing home away from home experience. I cannot begin to articulate the level of joy I have felt since moving into these dorms- yes of course they’re definitely not the cheapest, but so worth the extra money and stress of sourcing that money. From maintenance, to security to the management all of the team I have had interaction with have been great. Everyone is welcome and friendly here. There’s a massive diverse community of students and professionals who live here and each are always friendly for the least. My personal favourites are the common areas like the study room which I discovered way later than I wish I had, the air conditioned common area and the book swap shelf- I love the attention to detail at this place and it’s truly been an honour to stay here and experience such a place. I’ll keep this review updated to when I move out to provide you a real time overview of how things go with things such as end of tenancy etc and typical stuff that can create nightmares for us students- but I’m anticipating the best. Definitely consider this place for your next student home and I promise you most definitely won’t regret it. There’s always some events going on, there’s always maintenance going on and they’re very particular with the upkeep of the place. (In a good way of course). There’s a bi- annual inspection to ensure things are kept upto standard as well as well posted signs for all including mental health wellness support. A special heartfelt thanks to Rebecca, Rob, Cansu, Kenny. As well as our fantastic security team Thomas, Nathan and Shaun. Thank you everyone :)

I currently living in london and the student accommodation I am living in was not it. I realized this place is so much better and I really appreciate for the experience. Staffs are so kind, friendly and easy going. Little to no problem with the facilities as well as useful gym eventho it might be small and have less equipments compare to actual public gyms. The place is always clean with nice smell. I felt cozy and safe, I really missed living here.

Unfortunately, you are committed under the licence agreement to pay the full rent, however if you decide you want to leave early please tell the managers of your site asap. We may have a waiting list of people that would like to take over your licence agreement which would then relinquish you from your contract. If you find a new Licensee, we'll let you out of your agreement from the day they move in, and refund you any unused rent that you've paid in advance. We cannot refund your rent until you have found someone to take over your licence agreement, their booking is confirmed and they have paid the first instalment of their rent.
We ask for an advance rent payment (£100 to £300 depending on the location) to allocate you a room. For our properties in England, this will be deducted from the first instalment or payment which is due before the tenancy start date.
