I've had a positive experience living in my studio here. The management team is genuinely helpful and responsive, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The apartment is well-maintained and provides a good base for student life. However, it's worth noting that, as with many student buildings, the fire alarms can occasionally be triggered unexpectedly. Additionally, the heating operates on a timed schedule, which can sometimes feel a bit restrictive during colder spells. Overall, this is a reliable and professionally managed accommodation. I would recommend it, especially for those looking for a self-contained studio
