I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transport and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The Toybox is an outstanding student accommodation in Birmingham, boasting an unbeatable location—just a short walk from Five Ways Station, with a 10-minute train ride to the University of Birmingham and easy access to supermarkets like Tesco and Morrison . Its modern facilities are impressive: well-equipped en-suites and studios with large floor-to-ceiling windows for great lighting, plus a gym, study room, and game room that cater to both study and relaxation . The 24-hour security and friendly Chinese reception offer peace of mind, while regular social events and a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and cinemas make it a perfect home for international students .

Definately a great place for student living. Tesco, Morrison,pharmacy,a new opening Chinese supermarket,Second-hand shop are all within a few minutes walking distance.Also at most 10mins walk you can reach the city center and 3 mins train to the university. In addition，the facilities are well-equipped, extremely fast WiFi and convenience for parcel collection. Students live here are all very friendly and would always provide a helping hand if possible.The reception is very nice and help us asap,just like our sister.It’s really a wonderful experience to live here！

What I love most is the community vibe—there are small events held monthly (like movie nights or baking workshops), which helped me make friends with other international students quickly. The room is cozy, and the window has a nice view of the garden, so it’s easy to relax after a long day of lectures. The management is also very helpful, always replying to emails promptly.
