James House is conveniently located in Bath’s city center, University of Bath and Bath Spa University are only a short bus ride away.
And practical, too. There’s a supermarket just next door. Bars and cafes are around the corner. And regular buses just outside, that’ll whisk you to and from your lectures in no time at all.
Then there are the public spaces. Hit the books in one of the study rooms. Or the weights at the building’s gym. Phew. Enough work? Treat yourself to some downtime in the building’s common rooms and recreational spaces.
And because we like to keep things simple, we don’t charge any deposits or fees. All your utilities are included in the price of the rent – electricity, water, WIFI, and free contents insurance!
