New, nice, clean - and just half an hour from the centre on foot ( it takes about the same time on the bus 🙃). I would bring my own towels, though - just one was provided: it was brand new, stickers and price tag still attached - had not been through a wash; the other (in another room) did not abound in an appealing smell, to put it nicely. Bedding was nice and clean, so was the bathroom. Otherwise, nice communal kitchen and space to eat/relax on a sofa, shared fridge (all just for 8ppl). Stove+pots&pans+cutlery+crockery were provided and ok; no peeler or a sharp knife, though - the two-week stay made me miss those a bit. Dishwasher at hand - that was very nice! 😁 Places to hang out with other students in the lobby/in the gym or outside/playing table tennis when the weather's nice.

I am staying for one and a half month, I didn’t face with a problem. If something didn’t work in my room, they immediately send a help to recover that. Thanks for everything

My exchange semester in Dublin would not have been the same without the accommodation on Cork Street. Moving to a capital city was an overwhelming idea, especially given the housing situation in Dublin. I was extremely lucky to find a place there right before my arrival and eventually it became more than just a place - it became a home away from home. I made use out of all the facilities starting from the gym, to the study rooms where I spent so much time studying and to the cinema room where I was watching movies with friends. The kitchen was very spacious together with the common area, and the rooms were very cozy. The location was great, as I walked to the city centre almost every day. But what truly set this place apart was the incredible staff! They were very helpful, always at the reception no matter the time of day/night and I truly miss receiving a smile every time I passed by! This place will always have a special place in my exchange experience!

I feel very fortunate that I found this residence on my way. First of all, people need to know that Dublin isn't very easy to find good places to stay, even if you are staying in someone's house. I tried other places before coming here, and I wished I had been here since the beginning of my stay in Dublin. The room was perfectly clean and well-organized when I arrived. The kitchen and other common areas were as well. I had ample space to cook and store items in the fridge, and the shower was working perfectly. The study room was amazing—quiet and comfortable. The rooftop was a great WOW! From there, we could see all of Dublin, soaking up some sunlight with pretty good vibes. However, the best part was the staff—so friendly and available for whatever I needed. They were always attentive to the students' well-being, offering a warm "good morning" and wishing us a nice day in passing. I hope to come again one day. Thanks for everything!

I lived here for more than 2 years. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to the end of my studies. The rooms are quite functional, clean, and comfortable. If you have the chance to stay here, you will never regret it. The staff are extremely kind and helpful people. I thank them all once again.
