Management entered and packed my room without notice and claimed it was okay because they notified me of a regular "maintenance inspection" that I didn't need to be present for. They decided that I did not have enough items in my room, which was paid for in full through the end of the contract, and went ahead packing my items three weeks before the end of the rental period without any attempt to notify or contact me. They have admitted fault, and only offer me a measly apology. If you care about your privacy or sanity, don't live here.

Genuinely the worst place anyone can stay. Driers don’t dry. Internet doesn’t work. Management can’t do much about it. Gym is shoddy. The place itself the rooms are okay but it’s hard to deal with the rest of the stuff. Very quick to take your money but not quick to fix stuff as internet hasn’t been working well for 8 months now. Would reccomend Hugo Lee point instead of this place or any place that isn’t here really

Nice place but the odour isn’t great, maybe it’s the duvet. Very close to the city centre. Nice kitchen space with top facilities.

This is the by far the worst place I have ever lived. Extremely overpriced, the management doesn't care about the residents at all. I had black mold all over the shower the first day I moved in, two days of brown water, and the washing machines hardly every worked (not included in rent either). The gym constantly had things stolen from it and they were never replaced. Throughout 4 months of living there I never saw anything from the gym get fixed. The management will also threaten to give your spot away even when the first payment is on time. The only plus side to this place was my random Italian roommate.

top one worst place. water is never getting hot. lighting in rooms is horrendous. everything about this place is not very good but the price is outrageous
