Everything you need outside of your room – amazing restaurants, shops, and bars – is right on your doorstep, and there’s great links and access to all colleges, universities and the city. Trinity College, Dublin Business School, NCAD, TU Dublin and Royal College of Surgeons are all walkable in less than 30 minutes. And you can get a bus direct to University College Dublin and Dublin City University.

I stayed here during my studies, and I had a very positive experience there. The staff were always friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made a real difference throughout my stay. A special mention to Dan, who was very friendly. It was reassuring to know that any issues or questions were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed place to stay as a student, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for student accommodation in Dublin.

The worst experience ever. Very poorly managed place with no respect for the residents. Messy check in procedure, no live communication- they only send generic messages via Booking. Some people had to stay outside for the whole night because they couldn't get the keys on check in. Poor ventilation and no central air conditioning. It was impossible to stay inside the room too long on hot days. When we tried to get a refund because of the unsatisfactory level of service we were ignored.

I'm having a great experience at this student accommodation. First of all, the location is excellent — it's just a 20-minute walk from the city centre and very well connected to public transport and nearby universities, which has been super convenient. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. There's also a large common area that's very useful for relaxing or socializing. If you ever have a problem, they send someone to fix it pretty quickly. During my first two months, several group activities were organized for all the residents — like arts and crafts and food-related events — and they were really fun, a great way to meet people. I especially want to mention Caroline at reception. She's always very attentive, super kind, and makes you feel welcome from day one. Overall, I've had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it!

This place did everything I was expecting of it. People at reception were so nice and very accommodating. Would stay here again if I come back to Dublin

I appreciated some aspects of living here—being right next to the bus stop was definitely convenient. However, this place is not suitable as a student accommodation. There’s no staff available on weekends, so if you lose your key, you’re basically out of luck until Monday. P&V is severely understaffed, and disturbingly, they allow student residents to have access to master keys. This creates a serious safety issue, as it means anyone with a master key can enter any room. Only paid, trained employees should have that level of access. The staff that are employed are constantly undermined by residents, and as a result, shared spaces are often trashed. Although management has threatened to lock these spaces, the doors are rarely—if ever—actually secured, meaning anyone can come in at any time. Overall, the building is far too understaffed and disorganized to provide a good environment for students. Considering the high rent, these issues become even more frustrating. That said, I want to acknowledge that Caroline at the front desk is a genuinely kind, caring, and accommodating person who tries her best despite the circumstances. She was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise disappointing experience
