I stayed here during my studies, and I had a very positive experience there. The staff were always friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made a real difference throughout my stay. A special mention to Dan, who was very friendly. It was reassuring to know that any issues or questions were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed place to stay as a student, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for student accommodation in Dublin.

The worst experience ever. Very poorly managed place with no respect for the residents. Messy check in procedure, no live communication- they only send generic messages via Booking. Some people had to stay outside for the whole night because they couldn't get the keys on check in. Poor ventilation and no central air conditioning. It was impossible to stay inside the room too long on hot days. When we tried to get a refund because of the unsatisfactory level of service we were ignored.

I'm having a great experience at this student accommodation. First of all, the location is excellent — it's just a 20-minute walk from the city centre and very well connected to public transport and nearby universities, which has been super convenient. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. There's also a large common area that's very useful for relaxing or socializing. If you ever have a problem, they send someone to fix it pretty quickly. During my first two months, several group activities were organized for all the residents — like arts and crafts and food-related events — and they were really fun, a great way to meet people. I especially want to mention Caroline at reception. She's always very attentive, super kind, and makes you feel welcome from day one. Overall, I've had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it!

The elevator wasn't working for the entire week of my stay which isn't very nice when you're on the 4th floor. Also, staff wasn't cleaning rooms because of that and people started dropping off waste bags on the hallway causing a dreadful stench in the entire building. The common area with the kitchen wasn't cleaned at all. Filthy and poorly managed.

Completely renovated accommodation, so homely and spacious. In close proximity to the city centre and lots of public transport. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful, and will go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. Would highly recommend staying here to any student who loves engaging with others as Caroline makes a huge effort to host any fun activities to help the students get to know each other!
