Cheap build. Very dangerous area and dodgy people on my floor. My neighbor is quite scary I don’t think they are a student, else they really let anyone stay here and I don’t feel safe… can’t wait for my lease to end

We do not have an onsite parking as we are centrally located to public transport (Mciver Train Station & the Yellow Cat Bus), however there is a Wilson Parking structure next to the property at 301 Wellington Street or 306 Wellington Street. Please contact Wilson Parking for monthly rates or any student discount deals available.
