Scape Dublin is one of the best student accommodation in Dublin Ireland, it is 5 minutes walk to Stephen’s Green and it’s right off George’s street. The rooms are amazing and have everything you need. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. There is a movie room plus a gym but the gym is small and facing out to the main road and people can look in to you when your working out. I was very happy with my stay here and would of gave it 5 stars but unfortunately Scape has done a deal with another college and are now only renting the rooms to them students. I think it’s very unfair on the people who where already renting there because they gave everybody very short notice. They should of let the people already renting to re book for the next year because people are only in college for a couple of years and then after a couple of years everyone who wasn’t in that college would already be gone because they would be finished with college etc or at least give people one more year because Dublin is very hard to find accommodation and they gave everyone very short notice.

This student accommodation is is alright. To be honest the furniture and facilities is quite modern for sure! But carpet on the floors make it really hard to clean. Ammenities wise its great! The price, though, is horrendous. They increase the price every year to where there are lots of empty rooms. For the size, its not worth the price. Location is the only main thing for this place. Also I have attached a screenshot of the recent information. It is outrageous that if I lock myself in my room multiple times, ill be charged. If i am cooking and happen to set off the fire alarm its TWENTY FIVE Euros!! What is this?? Accidents happen!! Should not be penalized for it. Take that with what you will. It says a lot about the administration here.

A massive thank you to the night porter, Paul, at Aparto Stephen's Quarter. Living in student accommodation can have its stresses, but Paul is always so friendly and helpful that it instantly puts you at ease. His positive attitude really contributes to the community feel of the place. It's clear he genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. For any prospective students, know that you're in good hands with staff like Paul on the team.

Paul at reception is absolutely wonderful! He’s always welcoming, funny, and makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your day the moment you walk in 😌

Living here has been such a great experience, and that’s largely thanks to the incredible staff—especially Julia at reception, Ken from maintenance, and Paul the night porter. Julia is the heart of the front desk—always friendly, organised, and ready to help with anything, whether it's a missing parcel or just a quick chat to brighten your day. She brings such warmth to the place. Ken is our go-to for all things maintenance, and he’s genuinely brilliant at what he does. Always quick to respond, super approachable, and never hesitates to go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. And then there’s Paul, the night porter—an absolute gem. Calm, kind, and quietly reassuring, he’s always around in the evenings making sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Whether it's helping someone locked out or just being a friendly face on a late-night walk-in, Paul makes the nights feel secure and welcoming. Honestly, the team here makes this accommodation feel like more than just a place to live—it feels like a little community. Couldn’t ask for better people to look after us!
