Don’t be fooled, these are single person dormitories that are rented out in the off season while students are away. We arrived on a busy weekend only to find out that my sister and I would have to share what is functionally a single mattress pressed into a corner. The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and empathic but didn’t have any extra available rooms or access to the system to make changes. They gave me an email to reach out to and within an hour the property management reached out and were able to get us another room free of us charge. The rooms are still small and warm and the windows barely open, but my experience with the staff has been overwhelmingly positive. My advice: don’t book a room with a second person and expect to be comfortable, especially if that person is your sister. 😅

My stay at Aparto⁠ was exactly what I was looking for. The accommodation was affordable, comfortable, and very close to the city centre, which was really convenient for me. A special mention to Audric at reception, who was very professional, helpful, and always positive. He was attentive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly stay in a great location.

TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS PLACE. A hostel not a hotel I had to move rooms 3 times during my stay. 1 due to a horrible smell in the room. 2 due to plumbing issues in which only boiling hot water would flow. They advised that they are a hostel not a hotel and do not need to provide rooms and services advertised on Booking.com. The maintenance staff and management were rude about me calling booking.com and argued with me about wanting to be able to take a shower at my accommodation. I would not book again.

Lovely place to stay, fair price especially being so close to the city centre. Communal areas were clean, staff friendly, plenty of lovely food choices around the area, overall no complaints and would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful city of Dublin!

A blonde woman, her arm covered in tattoos and with a Portuguese accent, was incredibly rude when we went to ask her to show us a room we'd already visited three times. I asked for photos, and she responded so rudely. My friend, who's been twice, told me she'd been treated the same way. She's so ill-mannered and doesn't know anything about customer service. I didn't yell or insult her, so why would she treat me so disrespectfully? Someone needs to give her a customer service course. Rude, ill-mannered, and arrogant. Perhaps they won't respond because this kind of woman is responding rudely when she's not in control of something. It's not called character, it's called temperament, and someone who can't control it shouldn't even consider working in customer service. She didn't even apologize. Rude.
