Brickworks, dublin

I had a really positive experience staying at Brickworks. The housemates were respectful, the maintenance team was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were always friendly and cooperative. The facilities are great, the location is excellent, and the terrace view is honestly beautiful, especially at night. Overall, it felt like a comfortable and safe place to live, especially as an international student new to the city. I genuinely miss living there and would highly recommend it. The only downside is the high rent, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.

I stayed at Brickworks for two semester this past year, and had a wonderful stay! Staff is available 24/7 if there are issues with your room or apartment, or if you’re simply looking to chat. When my door was broken it was fixed incredibly quick and there was quick and easy communication. There are lots of amenities to make use of, and if you’re looking to meet other residents there are lots of fun events hosted by the RA team as well :) I will miss this place and my lovely chats with Eimear (who makes everyone feel welcome and hosts a super fun book club!!), as well as the great location, and incredible atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

It was an amazing place to live at and the staff was great as well! Super friendly and always eager to help out. The rooms were modern with all the utilities you could need and the atmosphere of Brickworks was cozy and focused on community. We had a lot of events that helped us socialise and get us to know one another and even some ocasional freebies. The people who worked at the reception were great to talk to and in time became good friends of mine. André is super friendly and always ready to help, so if you are curious about anything, just ask for him. He helped me out a lot while I was here. I'd recommend it a lot. It's a great place to live at while you study. :)

A great place for international students, especially if you’re new to the country. I stayed there for 6 months, and the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to settle in and meet people from different backgrounds.Special thanks to Eimear and Andre for their support, and guidance, which made the transition much easier. More than accommodation, it feels like a supportive community from day one.

I lived in this place for 9 months. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to the ongoing and persistent problems in this accommodation. From the very first day, I encountered issues in my room—starting with a ceiling light that constantly disturbed my sleep, followed by continuous construction work and noise. It was extremely difficult to live under such conditions. Although the staff tried to help and address these problems, their efforts did not lead to any real improvement, and the living conditions remained almost unbearable. As a result, I had to terminate my contract to avoid further damage to my health. I am genuinely disappointed and it makes me sad to leave this review.
